Peggy Foy has been making fine handcrafted jewelry for 17 years; she studied metalsmithing at the University of Georgia. She teaches jewelry classes at North Seattle College and at various art centers in the Puget Sound region; and she is the former president of the Seattle Metals Guild. Her work is meticulously crafted and carefully designed for long lasting enjoyment.
