South Park Arts is now the proud owner of a giant work of art called the Panhandle Bandshell. While panhandle means something different to us here in South Park…  it was designed and built for Panhandle Park in San Francisco by San Francisco’s Rebar Group.  It is now in storage at Seidelhuber Iron & Bronze Works here in South Park, and we need to form a siting committee to find a permanent home for it here.  Because of its size and function, there are only a few options… but we need a dedicated team to weigh the options and do some outreach in terms of feasibility and practicality.  After that we can form another team to “get ‘er done”!
