Artists: let’s remake the SPArts logo!

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

SPArts has a new project to keep the website looking spiffy! We are harnessing the power of South Park’s amazing artists by having them redo the South Park Arts logo in their very own medium and using these new logos for our website banner and other promotional materials.

Wendy Woldenberg has kicked it off with a great copper rendition:

Copper logo

Are you an artist aching to show off your special flare? All you need to do is download this template of the plain SPArts logo, recreate it however you like*, and then email webmaster@southparkarts.org to let us know that it’s ready and we’ll take it from there.

(* The shape of the logo and its letters should remain the same as the original template, but you can build it, color it, paint it, sew it, weld it, draw it, bake it, collage it, carve it, sculpt it, or [your technique here] it however you like.)

Download the South Park Arts artists’ logo template

More info, and a gallery of all the logos, can be found on the SPArtist logo project page.
